L'appart Anspach
This lovely flat is located right in the centre of Brussels,
400 meters far away from Grand Place with all public transport around (metro station Annesseens or Bourse).
The international train station Gare du Midi is two tram stops away and the international airport of Brussels 20 minutes far away by direct train.
With 85 square meters on the 3rd floor without elevator, the flat has a double bedroom plus an extra single bed,
a living-room with a kitchen fully equipped and a shower-room. The living room is on the Anspach Avenue, the Brussels main avenue while the double bedroom is on a court-yard.
3 adults maximum can stay in the flat, plus baby under 18 months (single bed and baby bed on request).
A terrace through the common parts is free to use. Smoking allowed only on the terrace.
Wooden floor, fire place, cosy sofa, high roofs, TV and free Wifi will guaranty you autonomy and all comfort needed !

The rate includes all the city taxes, heating, basic food for breakfast, sheets laundry, house hold, etc.
Payment & booking
A deposit of 50 % of the total amount is kindly requested to book the flat. Deposit is refundable in case of cancellation but at least 14 days before the stay. As the owner is an individual, balance has to be paid in cash (no credit card) upon arrival. A receipt can obviously be issued.
