Room rates
Prices per room start at 110 € per night, breakfast and VAT included (single or double occupancy). If you are visiting Brussels for the special event (Sea Food Fare, New Year, Easter, Open Days of EU, etc.) please call me for most up to date tariffs and availability.
Arrival is from 2 pm to 9 pm. Later arrival is possible via the digital code which will give you access to your room.
Departure is before 11 am, but luggage can be left for the day.
Breakfast is served from 7:20 am to 10 am.
Deposit and reservation
For stay longer than one night, 50% of the total amount is kindly requested as deposit in order to confirm the reservation (bank transfer, Paypal, check, no visa). The balance is payable in cash during the stay. In case of cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount is due.
Pets
Unfortunately pets are not allowed :-(
